First things first, thank you for stepping into the world of Etherios! If you’re feeling lost or just not sure where to start, this is the guide for you! This will give you an idea of what to do in this universe and how to use your character. If you want to stay up to date and get the latest news and events, we highly recommend joining our discord! ✦ Registering & Set Up ✦
First things first, you’ll want to register to the website! At the top right, you should see "REGISTER".
✦ Create your account and follow the steps provided.
✦ You must verify your account with an email + link a toyhou.se account.
✦ Your username does not have to match your Toyhou.se. This can be changed if you decide to change it by Staff.
Once you are all set to go, it is time to summon your very own Arcanai!
✦ Obtaining An Arcanai ✦
As a First Time Owner (FTO) you are eligible for a single-purchase free MYO! Make sure to head over to The General Shoppe to claim your scroll.
Once you’ve claimed this, there are still ways of obtaining more Arcanai if you’d like!
✦ Purchasing a MYO slot - These can be purchased with Treasure Shards or USD.
✦ Raffle prizes - These are hosted on here and Discord!
✦ Random Loot Drops - Participating in questing can sometimes produce a very lucky roll!
✦ Auctions & Sales - Sales are held monthly for USD and eventually even the species currency!
✦ Questing ✦
Quests are a way to earn loot and participate in the species world itself. It's also a way to deepen your character development and explore the lore surrounding Arcanai. While totally optional, it is highly recommended to join in on the adventures!
Types of quests we offer . . .
✦ Seasonal Quests: Only offered during certain times of the year, rotated every 3 months!
✦ Event Quests: Tied to special events!
✦ Monthly Quests: A new quest every month!
✦ Side Quests: Smaller quests that are easy to do.
✦ Story Quests: Large scale story quests that revolve around a storyline within Etherios.
To start, make your way to the The Quest Board to see all the different quests available to you!
✦ Currency, Badges & Familiars ✦
Currencies
The common currency type in Etherios is Treasure Shards, also abbreviated as TS. These are obtained by questing, participating in events or raffles and can be traded to other players or used to buy things from the shops!
Currency value is as follows 1 TS = $1 USD (subject to change)
Another rarer currency found within the world are Precious Gems. These are only obtainable via our Ko-fi and supporting the species but yield you special perks and access to supporter-only benefits. To learn more, please check out our Ko-fi!
These can also be given out as special rewards.
Badges
While completing quests and participating in various activities, you may be rewarded with badges! These are considered a collectable item and are something you can show off as you please with your own tracker or on your character’s Toyhou.se.

Familiars
Why travel alone? There’s creatures all over Etherios and even those you can summon yourself as companions. That's exactly what Familiars are! You can find varying rarities of Familiars out in the wilds of the world, and some may even yield special bonuses and badges!
